AWS Educate is Amazon's global initiative to provide students comprehensive resources for building skills in the cloud. It is a no-cost curriculum providing access to content, training, pathways, AWS services, and the AWS Educate Job Board with employment opportunities.

Any self-led learner (aged 14+) who is interested in exploring and learning in-demand cloud skills.

Students can enroll in Cloud Career Pathways to learn essential skills in cloud computing. Each Pathway, aligned to in-demand job roles such as Machine Learning Scientist and Application Developer, includes 25+ hours of self-paced content. It comprises:

Cloud Computing 101:Learn the history of cloud computing solutions and why companies are looking for AWS Cloud expertise.

Machine Learning:Use predictive modeling to design the dynamic products of the future.

Data Scientist:Discover patterns in large datasets to create new business strategies and solve customer challenges.

Application Developer:Learn about testing design, improvements to web engagement, and mobile application in the cloud.

Yes, if a student is new to cloud computing, then he/she can first take the Cloud 101 Pathway. Cloud 101 offers a crash course on the cloud, its history, solutions, and why companies across the globe are looking for employees with cloud expertise.

AWS does not charge any fee but VLEs can charge Rs 50 + GST as facilitation charge for assisting students in enrolling in this services.

All AWS Educate members 18 and older can review and apply for full time jobs and internships from around the world through the AWS Educate Job Board. The Job Board is hosts for early-career cloud jobs aligned to the skills. Employers can post an unlimited number of jobs that match the skills and abilities of AWS Educate member students. This can be done either individually, or, if approved, through a no-cost, automatic scraping service provided by AWS.

The course is valid for 1 year from registration date.
