State Designated Agency (SDA) is a state government agency responsible for implementation of CSC scheme in the respective State. SDA primarily facilitates e-readiness of the State and provides policy and regulatory support.SDA facilitates integration of existing ICT-enabled Government schemes into the CSC scheme. It also helps identify CSC locations, coordinates with various State departments and facilitates capacity building and awareness campaigns within the State.
