What is DCA Course?
The Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) program focuses on developing specific knowledge and competency level in the potential student for preparing him/her job opportunities in open market and Government through following specializations:
• Fundamentals & Office Productivity tools
• Graphic Design & Multimedia
• Programming
• Functional application Software
What is the course duration?
The duration of the course is 6 months.
What is the minimum eligibility to register for this course?
Candidate should have passed 12th standard from recognized board to register for this course.
In which language, content of DCA program is available?
Content of DCA course is available in multilingual language i.e. English and Hindi.
After completion of the program, is there any certification for the same?
On completion of all modules, the successful candidates shall be awarded Diploma in Computer Applications by CSC Academy. Besides there will be a proctored exam and after passing the exams, students will also be awarded with dual Certification:
• The “Basic course in Information Technology” (BCIT) module certificate is jointly awarded by CSC Academy & Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (ISB).
• Other modules based on programming and Open Source Software module certificate is jointly awarded by CSC Academy and Spoken Tutorial (IIT Bombay) under Open Source Software initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
What is minimum requirement for passing the course or modules?
After learning and practice under each module, the student is required to appear for an online proctored test. Candidates who get 40% in each module are considered as Pass for the said program module.

Students get a wide variety of job profiles through the program. Some of them are: web designer, website developer, graphic designer, animator, accountant, software developer, C++ developer, computer operator etc.
