Overview

CSC SPV has launched a new service which will help people in getting proper information on about how to manage their livestock (cattle, buffalo, sheep, horse etc).

CSC has selected 17,950 CSC Centres for this programme. These selected CSCs will advocate, advertise and create awareness about the various schemes of Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying (DoAHD) through the Ministry of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries.

VLEs will help in guiding village people in their local languages.

CSC-SPV will provide the location & date of camps to be organized by the VLEs through Web portal. ePashu Chikitsa Experts will be available there via VC.

Objective

The main objective of the programme is to do the Advocacy, publicity, seminar and awareness through CSCs for the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying (DoAHD) and other programs through CSCs in local language.

CSC and VLEs Role

• CSC SPV will provide the location & date of camps to be organized by the VLEs through Web portal.
• VLEs will provide the information about the camps in prior to the villager.
• To setup the camps, VLEs will bring their own IT infrastructure that includes laptops, Internet connectivity, and power back-up.
• CSC district managers will also be present at the time of camps.
• Below officials will also invited for the camps- District Commissioner/District Magistrate, Chief Medical Officer/Senior Medical, Sarpanch/Gram Pradhan
• CSC ePashu Chikitsa Expert will be available there via VC.
• VLEs will register minimum 50 beneficiaries at the portal for that camp.
• VLEs will upload the details of camps like start & end date/time, camp title, location, number of beneficiaries enrolled, pictures etc in the online portal.
• VLEs will make arrangement for Refreshment for attendees, tent, water, chairs and other miscellaneous facilities on the camp date.
• Banners, communication materials will be displayed by VLEs.
• Broadcasting of contents provided by DoAHD through CSCs media.
