Step 1: For registering students, go to URL: http://digitalseva.csc.gov.in

Step 2: Click on Login option

Step 3: After logging into the system with CSC ID and password, VLE's dashboard will appear

Step 4: Under Services section, click on Education option

Step 5: Under Education section, click on English Bolo option

Step 6: Fill all the particulars of the student under the registration form and click on Submit option

Step 7: VLE will be directed to their CSC wallet for payment and VLE have to enter wallet password, then click on Validate option for transaction of fees.
