CSC Grameen E-Store is a ground-breaking e-Commerce initiative by CSC SPV to promote digital ordering and delivering safely to the consumer doorstep. That which started as a humble beginning to serve the community during the COVID-19 Crisis, is turning into a flourishing Grameen e-Commerce revolution. CSC Grameen E-Store can only be set up by a CSC VLE. It is changing the way rural citizens get their products & services.

How to install CSC Grameen E-Store?

The CSC Grameen E-Store App is available in Google Play Store & App Store for free to all citizens. Several products related to food, fashion, electronics, farming, etc. can be found in the App.

In how many locations, services of Grameen E-Store are available?

CSC Grameen E-Store is serving 10,000+ PIN Codes across all 28 States & UTs in India that includes Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Puducherry, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal.

What is meant by Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment where customer can pay for a product after he/she receives delivery at their doorstep. E-Store VLEs are trained on safety practices and strive to achieve safe delivery to our customer.

What is the registration process and requirements for new Grameen E-Store?

The registration process for the VLE is simple & clear. Any VLE with valid CSC ID can set up a new E-Store by registering through https://cscestore.in/ or directly in the E-Store VLE App. Once registered, the E-Store team of the respective State will approve the VLE as an E-Store. Once approved, VLE can login with the Mobile number & Password on CSC Grameen E-Store VLE App and start their business. Once profile is set & products are added to the inventory, the respective E-Stores will be visible in CSC Grameen E-Store App for the customers.

How can VLE add product in the CSC Grameen E-Store App for sale?

VLE App has a master catalogue of all the products which are sold in the country. E-Store VLE can select any product which he/she want to sell and add to inventory. Once a product gets added to E-Store inventory, Customers will be able to order the product from CSC Grameen E-Store App. If E-Store VLE want to add a product to the E-Store which is not available in our master catalogue, VLE can request it through the web version of login.

What is the procedure for requesting a product which is not available in Master catalogue?

VLE can login at https://cscestore.in/ with his/her VLE app credentials and request a product. Once the product is requested, E-Store product manager team will check and approve the product within 2 days of time. The quality of the product sold to the customer will be sole responsibility of the E-Store VLE. Thus VLE must ensure maximum quality for best business practice.

How can an E-Store VLE manage inventory/stock?

The list of products the E-Store VLE wants to sell through his/her E-Store are available in the inventory. Once a product is added to the inventory, customers will be able to book the product online. VLE can define the stock of a product (no of pieces on hand), along with MRP of product through the VLE app. The stock gets automatically deducted once E-Store receives an order of that product from customers. This will help the VLE to manage the products effectively.

What are various Apps a VLE need to download and manage E-Store services?

Through a single App i.e. E-Store VLE App, VLE can manage their E-Store services. VLE can download the app from Google Play Store & App Store. It is free of cost for the E-Store VLE to download. In this app, E-Store VLE can order a partner, manage inventory, manage orders from customers and can set E-Store profile (location, delivery timings, delivery range & charges).

What is a Distributor App and how can an E-Store VLE order a Distributor?

Distributor App is for partners/distributors. E-Store VLE can order a product from a Distributor List in VLE App itself. E-Store Team ensures that an E-Store VLE gets maximum commission from a product if ordered through VLE App to our distributor partner.

Whom should a customer contact if he/she receives a bad/unsatisfactory/out-of-date product from an E-Store?

E-Store Retailer will be the sole responsible person for the quality and standards of a product. Products shown in the app are registered and sold by the E-Store Vendor only.
