Step 1: Open https://maandhan.in/ and select click on Click Here to Apply Now button to start enrollment.
Start 2: There are two options for enrollment - Self Enrollment or By CSC VLE.
Start 3: For CSC VLE, enter CSC ID and Password and hit Sign In button.
Step 4: VLE will successfully login to the dashboard. Click on Enrollment and select the PM KMYpension scheme from the drop down menu.
Step 5: A form will open. Fill the details of the subscriber.
Step 6: Read and check the declaration. Click on Submit
Step 7: Now check the basic details of subscriber and click on Generate OTP. Enter the OTP receivedon registered mobile number and click on Verify OTP.
Step 8: Now VLEs have to fill the account and nominee details of the subscriber
Step 9: Check the calculated premium amount and click on Submit and Proceed.
Step 10: Now print the Mandate Form.
Step 11: After printing, it has to be signed by subscriber and uploaded on to the panel
Step 12: Now on the payment page, if subscriber has selected 'premium to be deducted from PM-Kisan’, then user will click on Auto Debit through PM-Kisan or payment can be made viaother option also. After payment, PM-KMY pension card will get generated.

Note: VLE will charge Rs. 30 from beneficiary for enrollment in the scheme.
