Step 1: Login to Digital Seva Portal through respective User ID and password

Step 2: Click on Education under services section

Step 3: Search Toppr and click on Toppr option

Step 4: VLE will be directed to dashboard of CSC Academy. There click on Connect with Digital Seva

Step 5: Under list of services under Dashboard, click on Toppr option

Step 6: For registration of a student fill all relevant and complete details properly

Step 7: VLE will be directed to payment gateway and payment for the selected plan will be deducted from the CSC wallet of the VLE

Step 8: Within 24-48 hours selected plan of the student will be activated

Step 9: Student can login through their mobile number and can access their course
