Step 1: Open PMJAY website through an URL https://pmjay.csccloud.in on browser.

Step 2: Login into the portal by entering correct CSC ID and password

Step 3: VLE will be directed to home page of PMJAY where VLE details will be visible

Step 4: Under the listed options click on Search Beneficiary

Step 5:Select state of beneficiary under the Selected State menu and click on Ration Card (State) parameter under the Select Search Parameter

Step 6: Enter the Ration Card No. and click on Search option

Step 7:List of family members enrolled under the ration card will be shown. Click on Collect KYC option for enrollment of the family member under the scheme

Step 8:Enter customer’s mobile number for OTP authentication and select Type from the drop down list to specify member’s status

Step 9:Enter the OTP generated in the mobile number entered and click on Verify OTP option

Step 10:After verification of mobile umber click on Aadhaar under the Select ID Type. An Aadhaar Consent will appear, read the consent carefully and further click on I Agree option and click on Proceed option

Step 11:Select the authentication mode and enter Aadhaar Card number. Then click on Capture Biometric

Step 12:After completion of eKYC fill all relevant details such as Relation Name, Locational information with complete address and further click onNext option

Step 13:Then VLE will be directed to Family Details. Enter ID details by entering Ration Card number and click on Check Document Details

Step 14:Family details as per the PDS server will appear and click on Submit Family Details

Step 15:After submission of all details a message will appear as Data Save & Forwarded for Approval which means that request has been submitted to PMJAY for approval.

How to Print the PMJAY Card?

Step 1: Open PMJAY website through an URL https://pmjay.csccloud.in on browser.

Step 2: Login into the portal by entering correct CSC ID and password

Step 3: VLE will be directed to home page of PMJAY where VLE details will be visible

Step 4: Under the listed options click on Approved Beneficiaries and further select Home State (PB) or Outside State (PB)

Step 5: List of all approved beneficiaries will appear and click on Confirm Print against the desired beneficiary

Step 6: VLE will be directed to the payment gateway. For payment CSC wallet details will be required, so enter password and wallet pin. Then click on Validate option

Step 7: After successful payment click on Download Card option and download the card after which it print the same.

How to Check Status of Pending Beneficiaries?

Step 1: Open PMJAY website through an URL https://pmjay.csccloud.in on browser.

Step 2: Login into the portal by entering correct CSC ID and password

Step 3: VLE will be directed to home page of PMJAY where VLE details will be visible

Step 4: Under the listed options click on Approved Beneficiaries and further select Home State (PB) or Outside State (PB)

Step 5: List of all pending requests will be visible and pending status of the request will be shown

How to Check Rejected Beneficiaries?

Step 1: Open PMJAY website through an URL https://pmjay.csccloud.in on browser.

Step 2: Login into the portal by entering correct CSC ID and password

Step 3: VLE will be directed to home page of PMJAY where VLE details will be visible

Step 4:Under the listed options click on Rejected Beneficiaries and further select Home State (PB) or Outside State (PB)

Step 5: List of all rejected requests will be visible along with reason for the request rejection
