Step 1: The VLE has to login through CSC-ID and password on Digital Seva Portal

Step 2: Select Electricity option under the dashboard

Step 3: Click on Electricity Billers option

Step 4: Search State or Distribution Company (DISCOM) name. For example type Uttar Pradesh in search option

Step 5: Enter customer account number and mobile number to fetch customer’s electricity bill

Step 6: Enter VLE Wallet Pin and click on pay

Step 7: Bill Receipt will be generated.
