Process Flow for Becoming a Licensed RAP

Step 1: Register for RAP by login into Digital Seva Portal and click on Insurance option

Step 2: Under that select VLE INS/RAP Registration option and click on RAP Registration

Step 3: Fill all details of RAP registration form

Step 4: Pay a fees of Rs. 350 towards Examination & Licensing

Step 5: VLE gets Login ID & Password for RAP training from CSC Insurance team

Step 6: VLE to complete online modules. Certificate shall be issued after completion of online modules

Step 7: VLE gets intimation for the date of RAP examination from Insurance team

Step 8: VLE to appear for the exam on the scheduled date/time

Step 9: VLE clears the examination and gets IRDA license

Step 10: CSC SPV signs agreement with VLE for insurance sales

Step 11: Product training by Insurance companies

Step 12: CSC SPV activates Insurance services for the licensed VLE

Process Flow for Clearing VLE INS Examination

Step 1: Register for RAP by login into Digital Seva Portal and click on Insurance option

Step 2: Under that select VLE INS/RAP Registration option and click on RAP Registration

Step 3: Fill all details under VLE INS registration form

Step 4: Pay a fees of Rs. 200 towards Examination & Licensing

Step 5: VLE gets Login ID & Password for RAP training from CSC Insurance team

Step 6: VLE needs to complete all 15 online modules in 15 hours of training. Certificate shall be issued after completion of online modules

Step 7: Once training is completed, the exam link will be active and VLE will be intimidated for the date of VLE INS examination

Step 8: VLE to appear for the exam on the scheduled date/time

Step 9: VLE clears the examination and gets certification

Step 10: VLE needs to accept terms and conditions and must upload his/her signature for license generation. Further, license of VLE will be generated automatically

Process Flow for Providing Insurance Services

Step 1: Enter your credentials on Digital Seva Portal

Step 2: Choose Insurance on the top scroll bar provided or type Insurance in the search field

Step 3: Choose the product and company for which you need policy is to be generated, for example select Motor Third Party. Then click on Click here option of desired company

Step 4: VLE will be redirected to dashboard of the selected company

Step 5: Select motor vehicle and enter valid details of the customers as required on the form displayed and then generate the quote

Step 6: Show the quote to the customer and make payment through your Wallet

Step 7: Enter your wallet pin and the transaction will be done

Step 8: Download Policy PDF, print it and handover it to customer
