CSC E-Governance Services India Limited (CSC SPV) executed an Agreement with the UTIInfrastructure Technology & Services Limited (UTIITSL) in July, 2011 for providing the services ofreceiving Applications from the citizens through CSCs and submitting the same to UTIITSL for issuing PAN Card.

Subsequently, in January, 2016, CSC SPV has also tied up with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for the same service. However, Presently, NSDL service is not live on Digital Seva. As per the terms of Agreements, applications for fresh allotment of PAN can be made through Digital Seva Portal. Once the application and payment are accepted at the CSC, the CSC is required to send the supporting documents through courier/post to NSDL/UTITSL. Only after the receipt of the documents, PAN application would be processed by NSDL/UTITSL.
