What is the card’s cost and how it can be avail?

Citizens can enroll into the scheme through Patanjali Exclusive Stores and CSC Centres only against payment of Rs 100/-. To activate this card, the member needs to provide some basic information like his/her Aadhar Number or Voter Id Number, name, age, etc. along with nominee name and doing the first recharge of minimum Rs. 500/-.

How one can register for the program?

To become a member, one needs to visit Patanjali Exclusive Stores or CSC Centres, there they need to fill an application form and must provide mandatory details. User will need to recharge the card with minimum amount of Rs. 500/ as the first recharge. After registration, a member will receive a message on the registered mobile number provided in the application form containing transaction PIN. A message pertaining to a link to consumer portal along with USER ID and PASSWORD will also be received by the member. Member can log in to the consumer portal to enquire details of their account and change the transaction passwords etc.

How can a Card holder recharge/top up the Card?

The card can be recharged at any of Patanjali stores or CSC centers. The card can also be recharged online through payment gateways.

Is there any minimum balance required in the card?

Yes, the Card holder needs to maintain minimum balance of Rs 100/- in the card at any point of time. If the transaction amount will make the card balance go below Rs 100/- the transaction will be declined by the system.

What is the validity of the Card?

The Card will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. The card can be renewed by paying a nominal charge Rs 25/- only.

What is the process to change the mobile number?

A customer cannot change his/her mobile number for the same card. If customer wants to hange his phone number, then he/she has to close current card and should take a new card. The new card can be registered with new number.

At which places the card can be used?

The card can be used at Patanjali’s exclusive stores like Mega Store, Chikitsalaya, Arogya Kendra; Patanjali Wahan Chalak; Patanjali IOCL Stores and online.

What if customer lost his/her card?

Customer can get a new card by paying Rs 100/- (inclusive of taxes). All the previous data and balance will be transferred to the new card number. The issuance of new card and transfer of data can be done at exclusive stores of Patanjali and CSC centers.

What if customer forgets his/her transaction PIN?

Customer should be careful with their PIN as the same can be used to swipe goods at any of the Patanjali stores. However, if customer forgets their PIN, he/she can regenerate it by clicking on RESET PIN option under their online account. Customer will require to login into their account by entering their Customer ID and Password provided at the time of issuance.

What is customer enters incorrect PIN for several times?

If customer enters the incorrect PIN more than the allowed attempts i.e. 3 times, the Card will be blocked. Customer can login to the consumer portal to reset the PIN and the new PIN can be used from the next day.

Is the scheme applicable to all products of Patanjali?

Presently the card can be used to purchase any product available in the exclusive store. However, Patanjali reserves right to restrict the usage.

How will customer get the financial assistance in case of accident?

The members who have swiped the card for purchase of Patanjali products amounting Rs. 6,000/- in the last 180 days from the date of accident and then a sum of Rs 5 laacs in case of death and Rs. 2.5 lacs in case of permanent disability as financial assistance will be provided. The scheme is available toward members of age group of 1-75 years only.

What is the procedure to cancel/close the Card?

Card holder can request the customer care for closure of the membership. After verification and confirmation, the request will be registered by the customer care executive. Once processed, the cap of minimum balance will be removed, and card holder can spend the balance in maximum 15 days. After the said period the card will be closed.

What is the VLE commission for each registration?

VLE will get commission of Rs. 80 for each registration.
