Step 1: PLV meets the beneficiary
Step 2: PLV will pre-register the case through mobile application
Step 3: Login to Digital Seval Portal through respective User ID and password
Step 4: Search for Tele-Law under search bar
Step 5: VLE will be directed to Tele-Law dashboard
Step 6: Under the dashboard VLE will be notified about the pre-registered application of beneficiary done by PLV, and then VLE will register details of beneficiary.
Step 7: VLE will arrange appointment with panel lawyer for consultation with beneficiary. Date and time of consultation will be confirmed to beneficiary through message.
Step 8: On the date of consultation beneficiary visits CSC center
Step 9: Legal advice would be rendered to beneficiary by panel lawyer through video calling.
