CSC SPV has signed a MoU with the Election Commission of Indiaon 04 April, 2013 to provide election related e-enabled citizen centric services on payment basis.In pursuance of this MoU, so far integration tween Electoral RegistrationManagement System (ERMS) of the Election Commission of India and Digital Seva Portal has beendone in 12 States/UT viz. Tripura, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat,Haryana, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Jammu &Kashmir and Delhi for providing electoralregistration service.Under this various services are administered by common service centers (CSCs), that includes:

Form 6: Application for inclusion of name in electoral roll for first time voter or on shifting from one constituency to another constituency
Form 7: Application for objecting inclusion of name in electoral roll or seeking deletion of name from Electoral Roll.
Form 8: Application for correction in particulars entered in electoral roll.
Form 8A:Application for transposition of entry from one part of electoral roll to another part of electoral roll of a constituency.
