Step 1: The VLE has to login through CSC-ID and password in Digital Seva Portal

Step 2: Click on Jeevan Praman option

Step 3: A window regarding generation of Jeevan Pramaan certificate will open and click on Proceed option

Step 4: Fill the registration form related to registering biometric device properly and click on Submit option

Step 5: After device registration, VLE can proceed with generating Jeevan Pramaan certificate. A new dashboard will appear with 2 different options that includes: Generating New Jeevan Pramaan, and View/Download Certificate

Step 6: For generating new certificate, click on New Jeeva Pramaan, and fill registration form with proper details

Step 7: Bio-metric authentication of Pensioner is done through biometric device; either a fingerprint scanner or an iris scanner.

Step 8: After authentication, OTP will generated. Enter the OTP and click on Verify OTP option.

Step 9: After successful authentication, the Pramaan ID is generated.

Step 10: Jeevan Pramaan Certificate can be downloaded through the following link https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in/ppouser/login by entering Pramaan ID, captcha code and OTP which comers on Pensioners Aadhaar linked mobile number.

Step 11: Life Certificate will be generated which is needed to be submitted by pensioner once a year.
