Step 1: Login into Digital Seva Portal through respective User id and password

Step 2: Search Optical Fiber Splicing (OFS) under the Search tab

Step 3: VLE will be directed to a new window with a URL address https://skill.csc-services.in/Optical_Fiber_Splicing/

Step 4: Click on Register option under the window and further click on Optical Fiber Splicing Course Registration

Step 5: Fill registration form by entering all relevant details and click on Submit option

Step 6: VLE will directed to payment window. There enter password and click on Validate option

Step 7: Course fee will be deducted from wallet of CSC VLE
