I. How to enroll beneficiaries under PMSYM

Step 1: Open www.digitalseva.csc.gov.in and click on Login option.
Step 2: Enter your CSC ID along with Password and hit the Sign In option.
Step 3: Search Maandhan on Digital Seva Portal dashboard.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the https://maandhan.in home page. Now click on Start Enrolment and provide basic details for the subscriber.
Step 5: Enter Subscriber’s detail as per Aadhaar: Aadhaar Number, Name and Date of Birth
Step 6: Enter other details: Mobile Number, Email id (If available).
Step 7: Then Select Gender. Select whether member/beneficiary of NPS/ESIC/EPFO. Choose whether the subscriber is income taxpayer and then hit Submit option.
Step 8: Check basic detail of subscriber and press the Generate OTP option.
Step 9: OTP will be received on the mobile number which was entered in basic details.
Step 10: Enter the same in the column below and hit Verify OTP option.
Step 11: Fill Accountand Nominee details (Nominee Name, Date of Birth, and Relation with Nominee)carefully.
Step 12: After clicking on Proceed, you need to click on Download Mandate Form.
Step 13: Get the print of Mandate Form and it should be signed and updated by the beneficiary
Ste 14: Complete the payment through CSC Wallet and proceed to the Nextoption.
Step 15: PM-SYM card will be generated.
Step 16: Click at Download PM-SYM Card and get the colour print out; hand over the same to the beneficiary with proper lamination.

Note: VLE can charge Rs. 30 from beneficiary for enrolment in the scheme.

Account Functionality
Under subscriber tab, click on Account Statement. Beneficiaries will be able to check the number of installments contributed by them and the government into their account.

Card Re-print
Beneficiaries can print their pension card through card re-print option. In case beneficiary forgets his pension account number (SPAN/subscriber id), then he/she can retrieve it by using the Search by Aadhaar option.

Update Functionality
Following details of the Subscriber can be updated by using this option: Mobile Number, Email ID, Bank Details, Occupation, Nominee Details, and Name of Spouse.
