Medicines will be delivered at CSC Centre on the name of the patient in 7 working days from the date of ordering the medicines.

No. Any kind of medicine or family kit will not be dispatched without video consultation with doctor.
From where the patients will get his medicine?
VLE can order the prescribed medicines from digital seva portal for the patients and patientcan collect his medicines from CSC centre.
Do patients need to pay for medicine or courier?
Yes, patient needs to pay for medicines orders.
Who will direct the patients on consumption of medicine?
Doctors and VLE’s will help the patients to understand the consumption of medicine.
