Jiva Products Sale Through CSC

Step 1: The VLE has to login through CSC-ID and password in Digital Seva Portal

Step 2: Search for JIVA in the search box and click on JIVA Online Store.

Step 3: Select the search box and search for over the counter (OTC) products and medicines

Step 4: For purchasing desired product click on Add to Cart option

Step 5: For further processing with purchase of products click on Cat/basket icon

Step 6: Then click on Proceed to Checkout

Step 7: Fill all relevant details under Billing & Shipping service and click on Place Order option

Step 8: VLE then enter password of CSC wallet and pin to complete transaction

Step 9: On successful payment transaction, the message of order confirmation and estimated delivery will be generated.

Tata 1 mg Products Sale Through CSC

Step 1: The VLE has to login through CSC-ID and password in Digital Seva Portal

Step 2: Search for 1mg and click on 1mg Health Services

Step 3: Click on Login with CSC option

Step 4: Authorize 1mg for transaction of products through CSC by login through CSC-ID and password

Step 5: Select suitable/required product from the range of OTC products

Step 6: Further click on Add to Cart option

Step 7: For further processing with purchase of products click on Cart/basket icon and click on Proceed to Cart option

Step 8: Click on Checkout option

Step 9: Enter all details of delivery address and click on Save option

Step 10: Click on Pay with CSC option

Step 11: VLE then enter password of CSC wallet and pin to complete transaction

Step 12: On successful payment transaction, the message of order confirmation and estimated delivery will be generated.

WelcomeCure Services Through CSC

Step 1: The VLE has to login through CSC-ID and password in Digital Seva Portal

Step 2: Search Medicine in search box and click on Medicine WelcomeCure option

Step 3: For first time user, register under WelcomeCure portal by clicking on Register Now option and fill all required details under VLE Registration form

Step 4: Already registered users login in the portal by entering their Registration Number and Password.

Step 5: A list of patients who have been benefitted by the VLE through WelcomeCure consultation will appear

Step 6: Click on Order Medicine option to place an order of medicine. A list of medicines will appear, enter quantity which is needed to be purchased

Step 7: After entering quantity for all required medicines proceed by clicking on Save and Pay option

Step 8: All the medicines ordered will be delivered through post.

PharmEasy Medicines Sale Through CSC

Step 1: The VLE has to login through CSC-ID and password in Digital Seva Portal

Step 2: Search for PharmEasy in the search box and click onPharmEasy B2C

Step 3: Enter customer mobile number under Customer Information tab

Step 4: Fill all details of customer and further click on Medicines Order

Step 5:Search required medicine in search box and then add quantity of medicine which is to be ordered. Further click on Show Recommendations

Step 6: Fill details of address where delivery of medicine will be done

Step 7:Then complete payment and on successful payment, estimate delivery will be generated.
