Process Flow
CSC’s Telemedicine Service
Step 1: Log into Digital Seva Portal (Note: For better consultation services it is recommended to use Google Chrome browser)
Step 2: Enter DocOnline in search option
Step 3: For a new user click on A new user option and enter Aadhaar number and other required details for registration.
Step 4: For an existing user click on An existing user tab and login with phone number. Further click on Next option.
Step 5: Then enter required particulars correctly for arranging telemedicine consultation with doctor such as Doctor Category, Preferred language, Reason for consultation, and others.
Step 6: Then proceed with payment services. For payment click on CSC 2.0 and then further click on Pay and Connect
Step 7: Enter wallet password and click on Validate option
Step 8: A window would appear where doctor would be available for providing consultation. Wait for few minutes, till doctor doesn’t come to attend the patient, as waiting time is from 8-12 minutes.
Step 9: Click on Allow to enable access of microphone and camera and then click on Start Now
Step 10: After successful consultation with doctor, prescription will be generated
Step 11: VLE can download the prescription from his/her dashboard too.
Apollo Telemedicine Platform
Step 1: Login to digitalseva.csc.gov.in using your 12 digit CSC ID and Password.
Step 2: Under the dashboard select HEALTH from the horizontal toolbar on the top.
Step 3: Select Apollo Tele-Medicine from the list of services displayed.
Step 4: VLE will be redirected to the patient registration page of Apollo.(Note the UHID no for future reference).
Step 5: Print the Registration Slip and click on Create Case Sheet.
Step 6: From options available choose Tele-Consult.
Step 7: Fill the mandatory details in the case sheet, and click on Get Appointment.
Step 8: Select from consultation type Primary Tele-consult/Special Tele-consult
Step 9: A list of available doctors will appear along with their language preference.
Step 10: Choose the doctor, date and time (colour changes to red). Then click on Get Appointment.
Step 11: After getting the appointment, enter your VLE ID & Password and further click on Pay Now to pay using CSC wallet. A page will appear of successful payment.
Step 12: On appointment day, search patient name, once you find it click on View. The visit list with patient name will appear.
Step 13: Click on Connect to VC to start video conferencing with doctor.
Step 14: Once the consultation is over, doctor closes the case sheet and meeting status is shown as Closed.
Step 15: VLE can click on Case Sheet link and print the prescription for patient reference.
Mfine Tele-Medicine Consultation Services
Step 1: Go to https://care.mfine.co and enter your User ID and Password.
Step 2: Click on Patients option.
Step 3: Under that, click on + sign to add patient.
Step 4: Add patient’s mobile no. And click on red arrow to proceed.
Step 5: Enter the patient’s name and click on Create New Profile.
Step 6: Fill up the patient’s details and click on Next
Step 7: A window pertaining to confirmation of mobile number will appear. In-case, if the mobile number does not belong to the patient click on No option and enter the details of the attendant, or else click on Yes to proceed.
Step 8: A window related to confirmation of patient’s profile creation will appear under that click on Done option.
Step 9: Then click on Patient’s name and further click on Create Case.
Step 10: To book the patient’s appointment with the doctor click on Later and select from the available slot (time marked in red means not available) and then click on Next. For instant consultation click on Now option.
Step 11: Click on New Consultation for first consultation of the patient
Step 12: Click on video button to initiate the consultation call.
Step 13: Select Call Doctor (Doctor’s Name) to start the call.
Step 14: To attach past reports or prescription go to Attachment and Reports and click on the (+) sign.
Step 15: After this consultation will start.
Step 16: After the consultation is complete, the prescription will be generated in the chat room. Click on the prescription to view, print or download the same
